Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay by credit card, debit card or cash on delivery. Credit card payments can be split into 3 interest-free instalments, and your card details are protected with 256-bit SSL.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes. Choose “Cash on delivery” at checkout and pay when your order arrives.
How can I cancel my order?
Before your order ships, call us on +90 212 803 46 39 or message us on WhatsApp to cancel it.
Where do I enter my discount code?
Enter it in the “Discount code” field at checkout. The newsletter welcome code HOSGELDIN10 can be used once on New Collection pieces.
Shipping & delivery
Do you charge for shipping?
No, shipping is free on every order.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed by 16:00 ship the same day. Delivery with Yurtiçi Kargo usually takes 1–4 business days; public and religious holidays are not counted.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships you will receive the tracking details by email. You can follow it from My account or on yurticikargo.com.
Returns & exchanges
How long do I have to return an item?
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unused, with its tags attached and in saleable condition.
How do I return an item?
Fill in the return form on your invoice and send the item in its box, with the invoice, to our Başakşehir address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. See Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges for full terms.
When will I get my refund?
The amount is refunded using your original payment method no later than 14 days from the date your withdrawal (return) notice reaches us. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded to the bank account you provide; instalment payments are refunded by your bank in instalments.
Can I exchange for another size?
Yes, exchanges follow the same 14-day terms. We recommend messaging us on WhatsApp first so we can check the new size is in stock.

How do I choose my size?
Every product page shows the model’s measurements and a size chart. Enter your measurements in the “Find my size” tool to see your best fit, and see our measuring guide for tips.
