Neck Circumference

Measure around your neck at the point where the shirt sits.

Place the tape measure close to your armpit and measure around the fullest part of your chest to measure the circumference of your chest.

Inner Thigh

Measure the inner side of the leg from the top fork point to the tip.

Measure around the widest part of your hips.
